From the Hotel it is a 3 minute walk to the Eurogress bus stop. From there you take bus 3A towards Uniklinik and exit at Seffenter Weg. The IT Center is located right across the street from the bus stop.

Parking at the IT Center
There are a number of parking lots close to the IT Center building at Kopernikusstraße.
However, most parking spaces require a permit or are rental spaces. The IT Center hands out parking permits for guests, which are valid in the “G” parking spaces (for guests).
Parking permits for the Kopernikusstraße 6 building are available at the front desk at the main entrance of the Seffenter Weg building.
Please note that cars parked without a parking permit may be towed without prior notice.
Travelling by plane
Airports close to Aachen are the Cologne/Bonn (85 km) and Düsseldorf (90 km) airports. Both airports can be reached within roughly one to 1.5 hours by train or car. Both airports are very well connected by rail. Train rides between Aachen and Frankfurt aiport (254 km) last between two and three hours, depending on the connection. Brussels Airport (143 km) can be reached by train within 1.5 to 2 hours. Maastricht Airport (41 km) can be easily reached by car within about 40 minutes.
- Airport Düsseldorf International (DUS)
Train rides with Deutsche Bahn from Dusseldorf Airport to Aachen take about one and a half to two hours; trains run about every hour. The SkyTrain connects the railway station with the terminals (5 min). It is also possible to rent a car at Düsseldorf Airport.
- Airport Cologne/Bonn (CGN)
Depending on the connections, the train ride with Deutsche Bahn from Cologne/Bonn Airport to Aachen takes about one to one and half hours with a changeover at Cologne Central Station. It is possible to rent a car at Cologne/BonnAirport.
- Airport Frankfurt am Main (FRA)
The train ride with Deutsche Bahn from Frankfurt to Aachen takes about two to three hours, depending on the connections, with a changeover at Cologne Central Station. It is possible to rent a car at Frankfurt Airport.
- Airport Maastricht-Aachen (Netherlands)
The airport can be easily reached by bus. The shuttle transfer from Maastricht Airport to the Maastricht bus terminal takes about 20 minutes . The shuttle bus stops across from the passenger terminal. You can take bus line 50 from the Maastricht bus terminal to Aachen (Aken). it is also possible to rent a car at Maastricht-Aachen Airport.
There is also a shuttle service between Aachen Central Station and Maastricht-Aachen Airport.
- Airport Brussels (Belgium)
The most convenient way to get to Aachen (Aix-la-Chapelle) from Brussels Airport is by train. You have to change trains either in Brussels North or South (Midi), depending on your train connection.
